I recently underwent surgery and found myself struggling with feelings of depression and anxiety during my recovery. However, I had the incredible fortune of being cared for by Nurse Caroline Mateo, who truly made a world of difference in my healing process. From the moment I met Nurse Caroline, her warm smile and genuine compassion put me at ease. She took the time to listen to my concerns and fears, offering reassurance and support that I desperately needed. Her ability to connect on a personal level made me feel seen and valued, which is so important during such a vulnerable time. What impressed me most was her attentiveness and dedication to my well-being. She not only administered my meds and monitored my recovery but also engaged me in uplifting conversation. She shared uplifting stories and encouraged me to focus on my healing journey. Caroline went above and beyond. Caroline's kindness did not go unnoticed.
