I'm the clinical supervisor of the Neuro ICU and float pool at Cherry Hill. I'm currently on leave after delivering twins this past week and was a patient on your unit. I wanted to take a moment to say how wonderful your entire team was to me, my husband and my two baby girls. I was hoping to specifically give kudos to Caroline M who was fabulous, thorough, and caring when I had some early complications and she handled it like a seasoned pro, not the new grad she told me she was. Both my husband and I work in healthcare and were impressed by her care and compassion, something, we both commented, has been lost by so many of our peers over the last few years.

We were the busy assignment when we were admitted, and she was able to manage that stress and utilized her peers for double checks which helped calm our anxieties as well. On our second night with her, she had fabulous communication about when we could expect to see her, and she was great at setting us up for our transition to home.

We were also incredibly impressed by L and her amazing discharge teaching which was so helpful once we returned home. It was clear she has a passion for what she does, and it translates in how she cares for her patients and their families. Again, everyone was wonderful, but these two stood out and we wanted to make sure it was known how much we appreciated their care.
