WOW! What a great nurse Ms. Caroline is! She made sure she explained everything before she did anything! She made sure I understood everything and was very patient. She even called the doctor and requested my medication that was not there and got it taken care of! I also was not in the mood to eat…but she made sure I ate a little and explained how I needed to eat something, and it was important. She just was so caring and lovely! She took her time with me because I was a little difficult not wanting the shots but somehow, she was so kind and compassionate, I let her stick me!! That was the first because the last time I was here, I did not let them stick me…so that speaks volumes about how patient & compassionate she is. She explained it all where I was comfortable.
