Caroline Plummer has dedicated her life to Shriners Children and provided many years (I think 36 or more!) of creating a positive environment for all of the children in her care at Shriners. As a surgical hospital nurse, Caroline can turn a terrified child into a laughing child almost instantly. She makes each child feel like they are the only person in the world when she is with them in the pre-op area. Caroline is smart and savvy. She not only comforts our children, she relaxes the parents and caregivers too, using innovative ideas that truly says, "kids matter"! Caroline, thank you for your continued excellence in Nursing for so many years. You are a joy to work with.
