She's very caring and compassionate- always includes the family in her plan of care. She does excellent post-op follow-ups. Excellent pre-op/pre-admission testing nurse. She is holistic in her care. She has excellent communication skills which shows in her interpersonal relationship with her patients, family, and colleagues. She shows commitment to her profession and to the care of her patients- patients go home expressing what a good nurse they have. She accepts criticisms positively and continues improving herself.
