Caroline is a strong nurse. She is a sweet and empathetic nurse. Caroline has the ability to share and understand the feelings of her patients, family, and coworkers. Caroline is supportive, respectful, and compassionate. She goes above and beyond to make sure patients' needs are met. She listens to patients' concerns and does her best to address them. Caroline always demonstrates an optimistic attitude no matter how hard her workload is or how difficult her assignment is. She always shows an approachable smile on her face. It is nice to have nurses like Caroline as a part of our team.
