I have the pleasure of knowing Caroline her entire nursing career. She is a thoughtful and caring person. She has taken the initiative to personalize name signs for all patients in the CICU. She takes time to learn important details about family and patients and incorporates them in her signs. She even writes inspirational quotes on the back of the signs so that the patient can see. Not only are these signs beautiful, but they are also uplifting for the family and staff. They help us all see a baby/patient and family, not just a cardiac patient.
Caroline is very thoughtful. She takes time in her days off to get supplies and work on signs. Thank you, Caroline, for taking such great care of our patients and families and going out of your way to individualize our bedsides and helping families feel comfortable. I know families understand how well you care for their child every time they see your signs.
