Our family doesn't have words to express the joy she brought to us. We felt like family with her, since the minute she arrived to the floor, we felt her love, her professionalism, her experience, her great treatment, and the confidence she conveyed to us. We wanted to write this humble letter since sometimes we don't recognize people like her, who are so important in the process of bringing a new life to this world.
