Carolyn was great to me! She came out to look at my I & D the same day because the doctor didn't repouch me due to the location of the abscess. The I & D turned out to be a fistula and she had to get creative to address the wound. She reached out to her team and got me pouched. She saw me twice - day of and next day. She was able to make my wife, and I feel comfortable with the care. She set up an appointment to see the outpatient Ostomy Clinic. She worked well with my floor nurses.
