Two people nominated Carolyn. She is the sole nurse working in the Exceptional Family Member Program, which manages the care and services for Military family members with special needs, whether it's a spouse, child, or dependent adult. Although she is filling the role of two people, she is always very pleasant and helpful to all. She keeps a smile on her face throughout anything happening. She strives to provide exceptional service to her community, active-duty service members, and their family members. Carolyn is a team player no matter where or who the question or task comes from. She is up for the task! She is an example of Service before self. As we struggle with staffing, Mrs. Myers continues to provide the best customer service and complete cases as thoroughly as possible. Mrs. Myers loves what she does and always puts patients at ease while assisting them in the EFMP process.
