1st Nomination
Carolyn was very compassionate, a good listener, knowledgeable, and showed concern for the patient’s well-being with her bedside manner. She also helped family members understand the patient's needs.

2nd Nomination 
Carolyn was one of the best. I had been hospitalized for over a month and had seen several nurses. I witnessed her going into a patient’s room to assist that patient when their nurse was not available. She made me feel comfortable and was truly knowledgeable, compassionate, and had a great sense of humor. She had me laughing on many occasions when all I really wanted to do was cry. I can say that she made my stay enjoyable.

3rd Nomination
This nurse is authentic, caring, loving, and a natural caregiver with a divine calling. She made me feel like a friend and put my needs first. She was truly an extraordinary nurse who made my stay enjoyable amid my pain.
