Carolyn Panici, BSN, RN, CCRN

Every day Carolyn goes above and beyond to provide compassionate care to her patients and families. Carolyn jumped into her new role as the RN for the pediatric sedation team without hesitation. Since the beginning, she has advocated to reduce the anxiety and pain that is sometimes associated with procedures that require sedation. She uses effective communication to ensure that all team members are on the same page about the procedures and schedule for the day. She has to work with many members of the multi-disciplinary teams for many different units while she is always ready to advocate for the patients in every way. We all appreciate Carolyn so much! She is amazing!
