Carolyn Pooley took care of me when I was in the hospital for several months. She was knowledgable in every phase of my care, which was multifaceted with numerous drains, wounds, surgeries, feeding. Carolyn is interested, compassionaite, loving and fun. Always has a smile. She was wonderful with my family in every phase of my care from near death to going home instructions. She remained in touch to make sure I was getting well adn was being taken care of. Four East has many stellar nurses but Carolyn Pooley stands out among all!
