Assists at the front desk to de-escalate issues and advocate for the Veterans. Speaks out for veterans and staff. Is vocal in discussions with management even if it is an unpleasant situation. She is not scared to tell the truth. Everyone enjoys working with her and knows that when she is here it will be a good day. She is known for her lemonade and makes it periodically for staff.
