I think Carolyn Steen is so special because she could sense that I was a little nervous about having surgery for an overlapping fifth toe that I had since birth and I already had gone through one failed surgery. She was very kind and compassionate to me in explaining everything about how the surgery would go that day and made me feel much more comfortable about my decision to go ahead and have the surgery. She made me feel like I was more than just another patient. I felt like I was her only patient and I can see why she is a very important asset to Trinity Health podiatry department. I live in Bismarck and would look forward to traveling to Minot for each appointment because of the team. They were all so very kind and caring and very compassionate. Thank you so much for the excellent care I received from everyone at Trinity Health!
