Carolyne Marquez is described by her peers in her cohort as an example and friend to all. She does everything she can for her patients, including advocating for them and touching their lives in one way or another. She is a dedicated student who goes out of her way to be kind to anyone she meets. She works hard and learns with the intention of providing the best patient-centered care. She goes above and beyond for her patients and their families but also finds time to support and care for her classmates.
Carolyne discovered a passion for mentorship and teaching after volunteering as a peer mentor with CNSA during her last two semesters of school. She hopes to become a clinical instructor and preceptor in the future so she can pour her knowledge into the next generation of nurses as has been done for her by her instructors.
