...Carolynn had checked on her neighbor and was trying to help the patient better understand her discharge instructions. Carolynn found several discrepancies in the doctor's notes and with the actual prescriptions. She ended up actually coming into the hospital on her night off to meet with the physician and nursing staff to resolve the issues and took the updated information back to the discharged patient.
