Caron Potter, RN
I was recently admitted for a total knee replacement operation. I was very nervous on my arrival but was immediately put at ease by Caron. Her care, kindness, and attention to detail were second to none. In fact, everyone that I came across on that ward whether it was doctors, nurses, care assistants, domestic staff, whoever, could not have been more caring, kinder, or professional in their approach. The thing that struck me was how they worked as a team no matter what, and Caron was always at the helm to lead and encourage. I can't thank them all enough and wish them all the very best at this difficult time.
