Upon my arrival, I was in exceptional pain. Along with the pain, was also a lot of frustration as I came in for 1 problem, and another potentially more severe problem was found in my lungs; thanks to the good eye of the radiologist and ER doctor.
Carrie Marlin was one of my first nurses. Even though there were no answers to what exactly was/is wrong with me, she was extremely comforting. She showed extra care and concern in making me as comfortable as possible by being exactly on time with any meds, especially pain and nausea medication. Carrie was also as informative as she could be and assisted in helping me to explain all that was/is wrong to the doctors. Not speaking for me but helping me to remember and relate to the doctors all the symptoms and issues I was having, that I had already spoken to her about. I was very thankful for her presence when speaking to them, for her input and questions she asked me, that helped to explain my issues to the doctors. I would like to see her get positive recognition for Superior Care.

Carrie listened to me and provided excellent instructions, care, and outstanding patience. She was always pleasant and helpful in explaining the medications and treatment. Carrie has an exceptional bedside manner and I would like so very much for her to be recognized for her professional and gentle, yet firm, treatment. You are truly blessed to have such an outstanding RN on your staff!
