During my DNP project, I encountered several challenges, but Dr. Hintz played a pivotal role in motivating me to believe in myself and my abilities. Her nurturing approach allowed me to demonstrate my worth, and she provided me with appropriate guidance in weekly conferences where we discussed my work. Dr. Hintz possesses genuinely inspiring qualities, including kindness, patience, and an ability to build strong teacher-learner relationships rooted in empathy. Although she was my teacher, I also felt she was my close friend, relative, and even guardian angel. I am grateful for the reassurance and personal words of encouragement Dr. Hintz offered me week after week. Her influence on me during my DNP project has been immense, and I will never forget how she helped me overcome my struggles. Her unwavering support and guidance were instrumental in enabling me to complete my project successfully.
