She is the definition of excellence, compassion, and care.

I am a nurse and notice aspects of care beyond base-level expectations. When she has downtime she uses it to go above and beyond quality of care for the babies she is taking care of. She adds to the quality of life, which means a lot since NICU babies lose a lot of quality that babies who get to go home have. She has a natural comfort and skill and it shines through the way she handles and cares for patients. It is apparent she doesn’t just come to work to do a job, she comes to make a difference.

As a parent, I felt peace knowing she was caring for my baby. She doesn’t just provide phenomenal care and support to the babies, but to the family as well. She is full of love and warmth, she is the type of nurse I hope to be to the ones I provide care to.
