Carrie made a sad, fragile situation a little brighter for the family. We can count on her to be a reliable, knowledgeable and compassionate resource. She stayed at the patient's bedside, and I could see the concern in her eyes and how important it was for her to get that family in to see their loved one. We are so lucky to have her!
