Carrie Hoffer, RN

Carrie definitely demonstrated role model qualities on three different occasions. She had a new nurse whom she was demonstrating some type of skill to. She really seems to love nursing and often said, “I love my job”. You could tell this is true. Carrie would sit beside you and very whole heartily ask you what questions you had, what things did you need, etc. My room was very hot and unresponsive to the thermostat. She brought in a little fan and had to perform acrobatic skills to get in into the correct location. She was positive and caring.
