Carrie provided outstanding care to two patients with very violent histories at the same time. She was brave, professional, and compassionate. The ED was very busy that evening and she went back and forth between patients for many hours, setting limits, calming them, and their families and being kind. She greatly impacted the care these patients received and helped them not to escalate to restraints. She never got upset when being yelled at; she stayed cool, calm, and compassionate.

It is always a pleasure to work with Carrie Illg. She made our job in Security a whole lot easier that night.
