Carrie is the epitome of an exceptional leader. I feel like I can go to her with any problem or concern and she will always listen and try to find ways to help.

Her positive attitude sets the whole tone for the shift and she encourages everyone around her to do the same. She makes you feel absolutely appreciated as an employee and encourages us to be the best nurses we can be. I have never felt more appreciated and supported in my nursing career.
