My mother was a patient in SICU and Carrie showed our entire family so much kindness and compassion the entire time. She gave us regular updates about her prognosis & explained every step of her care to us along the way. She answered our questions very professionally, no matter how many times we asked. She definitely left a lasting impression on our hearts.
