She cared for my mother with exceptional compassion and kindness and was at my mother's side when she passed away on New Year's Eve. This nurse stands out among the many skilled and kind nurses encountered. Her interaction with family members was characterized by attentiveness to our needs and recollection of specific details about the family, which made the family feel cared for in their time of sorrow. On the day of the patient's passing, this nurse focused on keeping the patient comfortable and clean and lovingly tended to her in her final hours.
