We live out of state. We brought our son into the ER with a broken ankle. Carrie was exceptional to our son, making him comfortable and also getting us a room at a local hotel and providing us with directions and getting us a corporate rate. She was wonderful and so very helpful, kind, compassionate, competent at her job.
