Carrie Reneau, RN

We would like to nominate Carrie for excellence. Carrie has taken the lead as the Chair of our Professional Governance Council for Perinatal. She has incorporated education related to things that have come up that provided an opportunity to review with staff members. She reports to department leads with the wants and needs that have been identified in the council meetings. She takes her position seriously and ensures the consistency and participation of all members of the group. This is not an easy feat to accomplish but this group has been successful due to her efforts. Some wins have been the employee engagement committee, and easier workflows on the unit.​
