As the old saying goes "she was willing to go the extra mile". Carrie was not only helpful but had the answers when needed. She listened to what I had to say and my questions and made me feel at ease. She put on my cast with ease and expert attention to detail! Carrie was very concerned with how I was feeling and if I had pain or concerns. Her expert knowledge of her job and how to put on the cast were very reassuring and made us feel very comfortable. She knew her job and how to do it! She has a great ability to listen and then explain what was going to happen and answer our questions. She went beyond the norm and gave an extra measure of care and concern. An exceptional nurse giving above-average care and concern.
