Carrie Walker, RN

No matter how busy or stressful the day is, Carrie always answers your questions with kindness and shows her support. During the recent winter storm, her dedication truly stood out. While many of us were struggling to get to work, she worked tirelessly to keep the hospital running. She organized employee accommodations, coordinated staffing, and ensured both patients and staff were safe and cared for. She did all of this without complaint simply because she cares deeply about the hospital and the people in it.

We are incredibly fortunate to have her as our supervisor and advocate. Carrie is always a constant calming presence during rapid and code situations. She is extremely compassionate with the families and nurses during high-stress code situations. Her ability to balance clinical expertise with genuine compassion sets a powerful example for everyone around her.
