I have worked with Carrol Tomlinson for about 5-6 years. I have worked alongside her as Team Lead and as Nursing Supervisor at South. First, she is a sound clinician. She very rarely calls me for assistance, choosing to handle most issues on our busy 2nd floor by herself. Second, she is someone who quietly and calmly goes about her job and duties. Maybe because she is quiet, she doesn't receive the recognition she deserves! Third, she is a great educator. The staff looks up to her and reaches out for her clinical advice and assistance which she gives freely! Fourth, Carrol is professional, dependable, and reliable, always willing to be a team player. I still don't know how she keeps those whites so perfect! When I come in and see Carrol on the schedule, I know we will have a good night with some laughs and humor along the way! Thank you for all you do Carrol!
