Carter in the ER was amazing in how he treated my son. My son had to be brought to the ED, which was such a scary time for him. Carter was incredibly nice to both him and my husband and me. He worked to put in an IV, doing it quickly and distractingly for a two-year-old. Carter explained the situation to us as parents and to my son in ways we could all understand. He noticed the Spider-Man toy on my son's bed and told him the wrapping around his IV was webbing, likening the IV to a web shooter. My son was amazed that he was Spider-Man and loved and cared for his webs for the rest of his time in the hospital. The care provided was the most thoughtful and compassionate, not only towards my son but also towards us as his parents. How he treated us will always be remembered and appreciated.
