Carter Schram, RN

Carter Schram took care of my brother when he came to NTICU with a head injury after a bike accident. This was the most uncertain and scariest time for our family. Carter was very kind, knowledgeable, organized, compassionate, and skilled. He took care of my brother three nights in a row. When he was here, we felt calm and secure; we knew he was in good hands. Spanish is my brother’s primary language, Carter was very understanding and patient with him, going above and beyond trying to communicate with him. Thank you, Carter!
