My daughter has a very hard time with having her IV line placed when she has her monthly infusions. Casey has a special way of calming her down and getting the IV in. Because my daughter has a hard time cooperating with placing the IV, Casey checks her schedule and allows us to schedule the infusion when she is working.

Yesterday, my daughter had to have a procedure done at the surgery center. Casey organized with the doctor that she would be available to take care of placing her IV there. Shortly after we got to the surgery floor, Casey came up to meet us and offered my daughter to do the IV. You could see how my daughter went from being very nervous to completely calm. Casey is a nurse who knows how to relax children in a hospital. Casey Brown is truly caring and devoted to her patients.
