The doctor at the Urgent Care facility in my neighborhood earnestly recommended that I go to Deer Valley Medical Center, where they could diagnose my problem. At 81 years of age, I've experienced a number of medical situations, but never this one. I did realize, though, that it could have serious implications.

My ED nurse understood the potential gravity of my medical issue and exemplified the qualities found in exceptional nursing. Work was done with both knowledge and skill, and with concerned care and congeniality, sharing all with excellence, and in just the right measures. It created a unique and warm bond in my heart with this special young nurse.

When the doctor came with the CT results, they thankfully showed only a minor issue. As I was preparing to be released from the ED, this nurse shared some wise and helpful medical insights, important in the aftermath. I am so deeply grateful to have had her as my ED nurse- she was the perfect person for my medically challenging day!

Because of her truly outstanding qualities and the bond that I felt with her, I could truly say this was an enjoyable experience. Please commend this nurse for her nursing; exceptionally well done!
