Thank you, Casey, for helping this first-time mom feel heard.
Casey has an amazing attitude and bedside manner. She has been a breath of fresh air during my son's 3-week stay in the NICU at Wolfson. Her ability to connect with parents is heartwarming. She takes the time to do a thorough assessment of the patient but not without involving the parent(s). She makes sure to address any concerns that the parent might have and gets an answer if she did not already have one. Her education and training are obviously top-notch, and you can instantly tell she loves her job.
Thank you, Casey, for helping this first-time mom feel heard and that my decisions for my child mattered. NICU is definitely stressful for the parents but having an amazing nurse like you for the babies definitely helps take some of that stress away. Thank you, ma'am.
