April 2025 Honoree
Casey Fagan, RN
A very belated thank you.
My wife and I went to the ER on suspicion of her having appendicitis. She had a POTS episode, which got her the little dark "closet" place. We ended up being there for 13 hours, but you took it upon yourself to get her a chair that reclined further, allowing her to have some comfort and rest. It was a huge blessing to both of us. She has a large number of chronic illnesses; if it weren't for you, she'd probably have spent the time on the floor. Your bedside manner was also exceptional, as was your calm communication with everyone despite an incredibly stressful night for y'all. You're good people, we were blessed to have met you, and St. Francis is fortunate to have you.

Thank you, Casey, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
