Casey Fife, BSN, RN, CMSRN

Casey Fife is my Pearland Med Surg Director, I know she wears other Admin hats that I am not too sure of. I have been working under Casey going on 5 years and it has been nothing short of exceptional. She is truly the best leader I have ever worked under. She holds respect in our unit and she is not above getting her hands dirty. She will stand with her nurses if it is truly something unethical and will speak to the patient herself. She is always just a text or phone call away. 

Casey participates in our Unit Bonding activities to catch up with her staff outside of work. She motivates staff with her wisdom and shares nursing stories that bring humility to her. Just last week she assisted on the floor when a psych hold was trying to leave. She was trying to expedite Psych Response as well as just talking to the patient to calm the situation down. She truly is a great leader and I hope leaders take note. Thank you for all you do! It does not go unnoticed, Casey!
