Every person we have encountered during our stay has given me excellent care and has tried everything they could think of to solve my problems and make me more comfortable.
However, we feel that Casey Hernandez has been outstanding. Casey has a very friendly and compassionate personality, but she also appeared very knowledgeable and could answer any question that my family or I had, in terms that we could understand. Not only does she do her job with a beautiful smile on her face, she really listened to all our concerns and questions. Casey certainly knows her job well and goes out of her way to accommodate what her patient is asking for. We appreciate that Casey took her time in talking with me and the family. I'm sure she had many other jobs to do, but we never felt like she wanted to rush out of our room. We had every confidence that she could do any procedure that the doctor ordered in a timely manner.
Thank God for special angels of mercy like Casey, who still take the time to care about their patients. We believe she is not just here to collect her paycheck, it shows that she enjoys her job and truly cares about each patient. Thank you, Casey!
