Casey is new to the Nursing Leadership team here at St. Joseph Hospital St. Charles. Casey's team has said many times what a great leader she is and how fortunate they are to have her. She has been commended by her team during leader rounds as well as being presented with an award at the CSN meeting with the nomination being written by one of her CSNs. Casey can ALWAYS be depended on to respond timely to requests, meet deadlines, advocate appropriately for her while still being able to lead and engage them. Casey is quiet at times, but when she is asked about what is happening in her area she has a lot to say, and there has been a lot happening on the 5th floor since Casey arrived. Casey also takes the time to nominate her team for various nursing awards to show her appreciation for their hard work. She has a bright future ahead of her in Nursing Leadership and has proven to be an outstanding addition to the St Joseph Hospital Nursing Leadership team.
