You have led The DAISY Award Program as the Chair from the beginning and put in place a program that has come to be revered and has created great pride amongst nurses. When you look at every pin our nurses proudly wear on their badge at Delnor, I want you to remember, I want us to all remember, that you have been behind every single one. Your passion for recognition, your organization skills, and dedication to making The DAISY Award happen with monthly meetings, and much work in between, not to mention your skills at baking cinnamon rolls, has helped to inspire nurses to do their very best.
