Casey Rose, RN

Casey was my husband’s nurse after bypass surgery. He cared for my husband for two days and provided discharge instructions on the fourth day. Casey was an outstanding nurse to be recognized for his stellar care. Besides being a technically excellent nurse, Casey was personable, provided family-centered care, and truly listened to me and my husband. He was a cheerleader when my husband took his walks. I’ll never forget his smile and cheerleading “right on!” during our walks around the nurse’s station. He provided care for my husband the way I would have provided care for him and there are no words to express my gratitude. Casey, I wish you a long and prosperous career as a nurse. You chose the right career. But I expect you would excel in whatever you chose to do.
