This young man went above and beyond. He was so great, explained everything before he did it even while giving me my medications. My heart monitor stopped working four times and he was right there to fix the problem. When I or the patient next to me pulled the call button he was right in the room assisting us. Very, very polite; he should be a teacher on compassion and would be a good role model, he was amazing. I pray that there are more like Casey; this young man was so very caring. The first time I had ever had an IV changed and he was so gentle it went so easily it did not hurt me at all.
