Casondra went over and above for her attention to my post-procedure issues. She not only resolved the issue but was there for us, checking on us to see that we were doing ok. Casondra was so caring and friendly. She knew what had to be done post-procedure, explaining all of it to us to relieve our anxiety, always assuring us that she was doing the very best for us - and she did. Her skills were exceptional in her knowledge, her abilities, and her empathy toward us. She is a wonderful, engaging listener, and she made us feel like family and special family at that. She is amazing.
