A patient of mine, Mr. A., who was in Surrey Place for two weeks due to multiple medical conditions, came back for follow up to my office this week with his two daughters. His exact words were: "In my 89 years of life and my many admissions to different facilities, I have NEVER SEEN A NURSE as good and caring and attentive as Cassandra." --Dr. B.

Dr. B. approached me to report that he had a patient (Mr. A.) who was a patient at Surrey Place for two weeks. Dr. B. wanted Cassandra acknowledged for her caring, compassionatae work. Dr. B. said, "Mr. A. is 89. He was in the hospital before and he was never impressed with a nurse, but he raved about Cassandra. She was kind, caring, and always there when he needed help. She was always making sure he knew what was going on." Mr. A. told him, "She always stopped to take time to explain things and answer my questions."
Cassandra always knows details about her patient. She is friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. She always dresses with bright colors and she matches her "sparkle" barrette to her outfit. She just looks friendly and cheerful.
