I had hip replacement surgery. I was transported from surgery to my room on med/surg 2North. When I got to my room, the nurse informed me the doctor had forgotten to put in orders for pain meds. For the next hour, Nurse Sandy Chambless worked on getting this fixed. She called the OR and notified them of the situation. She stayed with me in my room throughout the process. Very caring lady and she definitely made the best of a bad situation.
