Cassandra took care of my dad for the last 3 nights of his life- including the night he passed. She goes above and beyond being a nurse and was the most compassionate person to both, him and his family members, that I encountered on the floor during his stay. She treated my dad like he was still a human being. Cassandra talked to him, explained things to him, and helped him die with dignity. She always kept me informed of what was happening, always made sure I was comfortable - even tucked me in, with a warm blanket at night. After he passed, she let me stay with him until I was ready to leave. She even left us a heartfelt note on the board in his room. Trinity is lucky to have Cassandra on staff.
