Her vision is clear: a team that likes each other performs better, and it shows. Cassie always welcomes students and learners. She’s working to foster a positive and welcoming environment for students and nurses. This is the unit that nurses love to teach, and students love to learn. Students’ feedback on this unit is always positive, and that starts with management. Cassie checks in frequently throughout rotations to make sure that students are supported and getting the very best learning experience, which helps them feel like they are part of the team.
