Observant and solution-focused, she quickly identifies challenges and works collaboratively to resolve them. One of her most meaningful contributions is the “Smoke Signal” initiative for nurses newly off orientation. By developing a QR code system that connects staff instantly with a mentor or educator, she created a simple yet powerful way to support nurses during a vulnerable transition.
